These Terms & Conditions explain how Quick-Spares handles enquiries, quotations and orders.
Quick-Spares is operated by [full legal entity name], trading as Quick-Spares, ABN [confirm ABN]. Our business contact address is [confirmed business address].
Our service
Quick-Spares sources and supplies parts for passenger vehicles, trucks, commercial vehicles and heavy machinery.
The website is an enquiry service. Images, examples and references to products or manufacturers do not confirm stock availability or suitability for a particular vehicle or machine.
Enquiries and quotations
Submitting an enquiry does not place an order or create an obligation to purchase.
We aim to prepare quotations within 1–2 days. This is a target rather than a guaranteed response time. Complex requests may require additional information or supplier confirmation.
Quotations are normally valid for 14 days unless a different validity period is stated in the quote.
Your quote will identify the proposed part, quantity, price, delivery charges, estimated timing and relevant order conditions.
Providing part and vehicle information
Please provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge. This may include part numbers, photographs, vehicle details, VINs or equipment serial numbers.
You may submit an enquiry without knowing every detail. We will request further information where needed.
Before confirming an order, check the quote and tell us about any discrepancy or uncertainty.
Part descriptions
The quoted product description determines the type of part being offered.
- Genuine: a part supplied under the vehicle or equipment manufacturer’s brand.
- OEM: a part identified as being from an original equipment manufacturer, with its exact brand and specification described in the quote.
- Any Suitable Option: permission to consider appropriate alternatives, subject to the description and suitability information provided.
An OEM or alternative part is not automatically identical to a Genuine part. Relevant differences will be described where known and material to the proposed supply.
Order confirmation
An order becomes binding when [insert the agreed order-acceptance process, such as written acceptance of the order by Quick-Spares].
An automated acknowledgement of an enquiry is not an order acceptance.
If a quoted item becomes unavailable before acceptance, we will contact you to discuss alternatives. We will not substitute a different product without your agreement.
Prices and payment
Currency, GST treatment, shipping charges and the total payable will be shown in the quote or invoice.
Payment must be made using the method and by the due date stated on the invoice. Any deposit or payment required before procurement or dispatch will be disclosed before you confirm the order.
If we identify an error before accepting your order, we will provide corrected details for your consideration.
Order changes and cancellations
Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order.
The options available may depend on whether the item has already been procured, imported or dispatched. Any proposed cancellation charge must be explained and agreed, and must be consistent with applicable law.
We will not change the agreed product, price or material order conditions without your agreement. If we cannot fulfil an accepted order, we will discuss a suitable alternative or refund the amount paid for the unfulfilled supply.
Delivery
Delivery arrangements are described in our Delivery Information page and the accepted quote.
Estimated delivery times are indicative unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you to discuss the circumstances and available options.
Returns and warranties
Our Returns Policy explains how to raise a product concern or request a return.
Any manufacturer’s or additional warranty applies according to its stated terms and is additional to applicable consumer guarantees.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under Australian Consumer Law.
Installation and use
Parts should be installed and used in accordance with applicable specifications and instructions. Use a suitably qualified installer where the work requires professional expertise.
Please contact us if the supplied part differs from the agreed description or appears unsuitable before proceeding with installation.
Independent supplier
Quick-Spares is an independent parts supplier. Unless expressly stated, we are not an authorised dealer or representative of the manufacturers mentioned on this website.
Manufacturer names, trademarks and part references are used to help identify products and applications. They remain the property of their respective owners.
Website content and automated assistance
Website illustrations are representative and may not depict the exact item offered. The accepted quote and product description identify the goods being supplied.
Any automated assistance made available on the website provides preliminary guidance. Availability and compatibility require confirmation through the quotation process.
Privacy

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for future enquiries and orders. The applicable version and any agreed order-specific conditions will be those provided when your order is accepted, subject to applicable law.
